At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, all agenda items proposed by the board of directors were approved. Shareholders also approved a cash dividend of ฿0.25 per share, amounting to a total of ฿127.11 million, based on the company’s 2023 financial performance. The company had previously paid an interim dividend of ฿0.08 per share, and the remaining dividend of ฿0.17 per share for the six-month period ending December 31, 2023, will be paid by May 13, 2024. The meeting was held at the Mongkolsuthree Auditorium, Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited headquarters, on April 23, 2024.
