- Investor relations must disclose important information necessary for making investment decisions accurately, adequately and timely.
- Investor relations must not use inside information for their own benefit and others.
- Investor relations must disclose information equally and fairly by allowing all relevant groups of people to access and ask questions.
- Investor Relations must act with professional integrity based on principles of equality. There is no discrimination on any kind of bribe that is personally motivated and favors the interests of the company and its stakeholders.
